You can request a refund three weeks prior to the event. Deadline for the Digital Summit in Chicago is September 19, 2023. You can transfer your pass to another person and/or event at any time up until Day 1 of the event. After that date passes are non-transferrable. “No-shows” are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event. Please reach out to [email protected] or call 919-529-5373 if you have any questions.
If you require special assistance (dietary requests, nursing moms, accessibility, allergies, etc.), please contact [email protected] to provide advance notice by September 19, 2023. Requests made after this date may not be accommodated.
You’ll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual. Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

From The North
- Take I-294 (Tri-State Tollway) South to I-88 West.
- Exit at Route 83 South, approximately one mile to 31st Street (Oak Brook Rd).
- Turn right on 31st Street, approximately one mile to Midwest Rd.
- Turn left on Midwest rd. Take Midwest Rd to the second next light at 35th Street.
- Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center is on the left.
From The South

- Take I-88 East and exit at Midwest Rd.

From O’Hare Airport
- Take I-294 South to I-88 West.
- Exit at Route 83 South. Go approximately one mile to 31St Street.
- Turn right on 31St Street. Go about one mile to Midwest Rd.
- Turn left on Midwest Rd. Take Midwest Rd. two stop lights down.
- Turn left into the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center.
From Midway Airport
- Take Cicero Ave. North to I-55 South.
- Take I-294 North to I-88 West.
- Exit at Route 83 South. Go approximately one mile to 31st St.
- Turn right on 31St Street. Go approximately one mile to Midwest Rd.
- Turn left on Midwest Rd. Take Midwest Rd. two stop lights down.
- Turn left into the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center.

You’ve arrived at Digital Summit! Now what?
Registration kicks off at 8:30am. No need to print anything ahead of time! Just stop by our self-serve kiosk on site and print your badge instantly. Once at the kiosk, search for your name or talk with our team to assist with your badge print.
Coffee is available at any time in our sponsor area. Grab a cup of coffee and get to networking!
Lunch will be in Ballroom F-J, which is where the buffets will be. Lunch tables are split between Ballroom F-J and Ballroom A-E
Don’t forget to stop by our sponsor space to hear the latest and greatest in solutions, tools and more. The more friends you make, the sweeter your chances are of winning BIG. Collect raffle tickets from sponsors on day 2. Winners announced live during our end of Day 2.

Opening Reception will take place in the sponsor area on Day 1 from 4:45-5:45pm. Make sure to stick around for the open bar, great convo!
