Tessa is the Marketing Communications Manager at Evergy, and responsible for customer communications for digital channels, campaigns, strategy and general outreach. She works to identify customer pain points, using testing and data, for two main purposes: to continue implementing relevant information architecture and to build creative and customer-centric communications through content.
