Creating and Implementing a Scorecard System to Increase User-Centric Maturity
Focusing on your customer’s needs, or increasing what is known as user-centric maturity, within an organization can be a challenge. Most user-centric maturity models point to incremental stages of maturity within an organization, but few describe methods/tactics to increase it. In this session, you’ll discover a scorecard system to help assess user experience research and measurement efforts of each product team by using a rating scale across three user-centric elements.
After this session you will be able to:
- Understand the three elements of the user-centric scorecard system
- Implement the provided scorecard system within your own organization to assess and measure user-centric maturity
- Identify product teams’ key areas that need assistance and take action on them
